Clear files create the best print. Review these details before approving your design.

What image should I upload?

Use the original JPG or PNG rather than a screenshot or social-media download. For a full-panel design, we recommend at least 2000 pixels on the shortest side.

Will the colour match my screen exactly?

Small differences are normal because screens use light and printing uses ink. Very bright neon colours and extremely dark details can reproduce differently.

Can I change the design after ordering?

Contact us immediately. We can edit or cancel an order only before production begins. Once production starts, the design cannot be changed.

Can I return a personalised bag?

Return terms depend on whether you chose a standard house design or supplied your own artwork. Check the store's returns policy before ordering. If your item is faulty or differs from the approved design, contact us; your statutory rights still apply.
